Supervisor on five-person Board that is responsible for all financial, legal and administrative affairs of Mathews County including approval of School Board Budget and hiring County Administrator. Mathews is a lightly developed peninsula with 250 miles of shoreline, naturally beautiful, environmentally fragile. Interested in coalition-building with other Chesapeake basin Counties and sharing best practices re smart growth, senior housing, and heritage protection. Serve as County Legislative Liaison to Richmond and Capital Hill.
