Introducing the Executive Master Series—designed exclusively for Executive Program alumni Easton, Md. (May 30, 2025) - Leadership Maryland, the statewide nonprofit offering professional development programs dedicated to building a better Maryland by harnessing the strength of its business and community leaders, announces today the new Executive Master Series for Executive Program alumni. The program aims to take an in-depth look at major issues facing Maryland, and up to three series will be offered on a different topic each year. For 2026, the series of topics includes: economic development, housing, and education. Leadership Maryland’s Executive Master Series is open for applications until September 30. The program will run from April to October, with an orientation, three sessions, and a closing retreat. Based on each series of topics, participants will invest in discussion time and talk through issues and potential solutions in a small group setting. “For years, our members have been telling us how much they loved their experiences in Leadership Maryland and that they wish they could come back and do it again. Now, our Executive Master Series offers the opportunity to do just that,” said David Fike ’16 (LM), president and CEO, Leadership Maryland. “We are fortunate and grateful to have such a passionate membership base that continues to be active within our organization. We are thrilled to launch this new program and to continue to grow our offerings to give local leaders even more opportunities to engage and tackle Maryland’s most pressing issues.” Leadership Maryland’s Executive Master Series is open to individuals who are graduates of the Executive Program and are Leadership Maryland members in good standing.
